Eiffel Tower tickets: how much they cost and where to buy them

, ,

The Eiffel Tower didn’t immediately become a symbol of Paris. In the first decades after it was built, the locals resented and criticized it for its absurdity and needlessness. Today, the Eiffel Tower is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of France, and especially Paris. The easiest way to get into the tower without lines is buying a ticket in advance, which you can do here. We will explain other ways to visit this great destination later.

At any given time, there are always huge lines at the Eiffel Tower. If you want to avoid the wait, you should buy tickets online in advance. You can do this at the official site or choose options below.

Eiffel Tower ticket price

Ticket price depends on the desired level, the visitor’s age and method of climbing the tower.

Adult Youth (12-24 years) Children

Tickets usually sell out quickly on the official site, so you should plan on getting them about 2 months ahead of time, or three if you’re visiting for Valentine’s, if you want to use one of the next options:

  • The Eiffel Tower has two restaurants. You can book lunch or dinner in the Eiffel Tower in advance. Lunch will cost 69 Euros or more per person , and dinner with a cruise on the Seine is about 200 Euros per person.
  • If you buy a combined ticket, the cost will include a tour of the city, or a river boat tour, along with the visit to the Eiffel Tower (for example, a bus tour of Paris and a ticket to the Eiffel Tower). If you’re interested in a city tour, keep in mind that buying a combined ticket will save you money since they cost more separately.
  • You can also buy a Paris City Pass with a visit to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, a river cruise, and other goodies. Choose the date of your visit in the calendar below:
